The panel will be advised by local historian and District Manager of Gravesham Libraries, Christoph Bull. Christoph has contributed to the artists' brief by providing historical and contextual information about the area and will also be on hand to advise the artists as they develop their proposals.
WSP Engineers have been appointed to provide a full geo-environmental survey of the site which has formed part of the artists' briefing pack. WSP will advise the selection panel on the technical and engineering aspects of the artists' proposals
